On Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 7:30pm The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider proposed modifications to the colors of the east elevation of Building 1 of Tam Ridge Residences, also known as “Wincup.” The east elevation of Building 1 faces Nellen Avenue and Highway 101. This hearing continues previous discussion regarding this item from the joint Planning Commission/Town Council meeting held on April 19, 2016. No other aspect of the project will be discussed at this hearing.
