The Corte Madera Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at 7:00 PM for the consideration and possible recommendation to the Town Council on amendments to the Corte Madera Municipal Code to create a Short-Term Rental Licensing Program for single-family dwellings, including regulations and an administrative registration process.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 8, 2023 on the amendments related to the Short-Term Rental Licensing Program. Refinements have been made to the draft ordinance based on the feedback received from the Commission at the August 8th meeting.
