Town Council Public Hearing related to Parklets and the Extension of Outdoor Use Permits

The Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of an urgency ordinance to extend the existing Temporary Permit Program through December 31, 2023. Approval of the ordinance would allow businesses with an outdoor use permit to continue to extend their business activity onto outdoor areas of public and private spaces, including public and private parking areas. The Town Council will also provide direction to Town Staff on the development of permanent regulations for parklets and other temporarily permitted outdoor uses.
