The Town’s Public Works Department and Parks and Recreation have initiated design services for adding permanent restroom capacity to the Town Park. The project was deemed critical during the Master Plan Public Engagement Meetings in January 2022 and associated Community Survey.
The project is in the initial stages of design and as such, the Town will be hosting several public outreach events to establish the project priorities and overall community’s goals to improve our facilities at Town Park. For our first event, we will be hosting a public workshop on October 26, 2022 at 5:30pm at the Town Community Center. A brief presentation will be provided by Town Staff, followed by a site walk of Town Park, and closing with a period for questions and answer and public comment. We hope to identify the overall needs, solidify the project goals, compare locations and introduce amenities. We encourage all members of the community to attend and provide their feedback.
