The Town recently rejected all bids related to the 2022 Roadway Resurfacing Project due to the received bids coming in significantly higher than our engineer's estimate. As a result, the Town will be splitting the resurfacing project into two phases. Phase 1 will include all curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramp, and storm drain work and will be sent out to be rebid immediately. Phase 2 will include all road work, including asphalt resurfacing, road sealing, and striping, which will be bid in the spring of 2023. We appreciate your patience with the change in our construction schedule.
