4th of July Chalk Art
The beloved Twin Cities Fourth of July Parade and Celebration will return next year. Since we can’t celebrate in our normal fashion, we would like to celebrate by decorating our local neighborhoods using chalk. We are asking kids to decorate their sidewalks, driveways or pick a sidewalk square surrounding the park. Use chalk to express your patriotic spirit. When you finish your creations:
No chalk? No problem? Free chalk packs sponsored by the Corte Madera Chamber of Commerce will be distributed at the Corte Madera Recreation Center and the Larkspur Library. Stop by the side door to the Corte Madera Community Center on June 29, 30 or July 1st between 1-4pm, or, the Larkspur Library Tuesday thru Saturday during regular operating hours to pick up your chalk. Exclusively for Corte Madera and Larkspur residents. Chalk packets will be distributed while supplies last.
