On Monday, June 21, 2021, the Town of Corte Madera Planning, Building, and Public Works/Sanitary District will implement new permit tracking software. We appreciate the community’s support and patience as we transition to a new way of working with permits, reviews, and inspections. Our goal is to increase the quality of service and availability of information that we provide to our customers, and to make the permit application, plan review, issuance and inspection process for applicants easier and faster. Please look out for more updates as we roll out new features. Next up to deploy is a public access portal that will increase the transparency of business records for the citizens of Corte Madera and will also allow applicants, contractors and property owners to access information and make requests related to their applications without making a trip to or contacting the office.
