Please join us for a Technical Advisory Working Group meeting on May 26th at 1:30 pm to learn more about the ongoing housing policy efforts in Corte Madera, including the development of the Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) Toolkit.
The purpose of the Objective Design and Development Standards Toolkit is to provide clear parameters for multi-family and mixed-use housing projects in Corte Madera. This effort is necessary to address current and future State housing legislation intended to limit local jurisdiction’s discretion related to the approval or denial of multi-family housing and to further the housing policies and goals of the Town.
The Town formed a Technical Advisory Working Group comprised of six community members to assist with the development of the Objective Design & Development Standards. The working group has met several times over the past year and a half.
The next Technical Advisory Working Group meeting will be on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 1:30 pm to discuss customization of the ODDS toolkit and the mapping of zones for areas that currently allow multi-family housing. Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting to learn more about the project and to provide comments.
