The Town of Corte Madera continues to collaborate with nine other Marin County jurisdictions on the development of Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS). This effort will result in new design standards that provide clear parameters for multi-family and mixed-use housing projects in Corte Madera. This effort is necessary to address current and future State housing legislation and to further the housing policies and goals of the Town.
Please join us at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting on February 23 at 7:00 pm to learn more about the ODDS project. Staff will provide an overview of the project and there will be a discussion on how best to implement the ODDS toolkit in Corte Madera.
