The applicant is requesting to amend the Christmas Tree Hill Parking Plan (Town Council Resolution No. 2695) and modify Parking Space No. 110 to extend further north from its existing location and increase its length from 45’ to 75’ in order to accommodate additional on-street parking. One other correction is also proposed: Modify Parking Space No. 111: 203 Morningside Drive, 35’ x 6’, amend to: 203 Morningside Drive 20’ x 8’

All persons interested in the foregoing are invited to appear before the Corte Madera Town Council at the time, day and place mentioned above. If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this NOTICE, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town of Corte Madera at, or prior to, the public hearing. All written responses will become part of the public record.
