[ARCHIVED] REMINDER: Happening 2/3 & 2/4 - Climate Adaptation Plan Virtual Workshops

Climate Adaptation

In a continued effort to outreach, educate and engage our community on the working draft of the Town’s proposed Climate Adaptation Plan, we cordially invite you to attend and participate in two recently added Climate Adaptation Plan workshops to be held on the following dates: 

  • Shoreline Concepts / Flood Preparedness Workshop 
    • February 3, 2021, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
    • Offered via zoom and presented by Town Staff and our CAP consultants;

  • Power Lines and Wildfire Workshop 
    • February 4, 2021, from 7pm to 9pm
    • Offered via zoom and led by Central Marin Fire Authority (with support from Town staff, as needed).

Town Staff would like to encourage thoughtful feedback and communications during the upcoming CAP workshops, where the bulk of those events will be dedicated to Q&A. The Town remains committed to engaging our residents and evaluating all concerns as we collectively formulate the most effective Climate Adaptation Plan that will best serve and guide our Town in the years to come. We look forward to continuing this important conversation.
