An Emergency Order (https://www.townofcortemadera.org/DocumentCenter/View/5540/Emergency-Order_102220) has been issued by the Emergency Operations Manager for the Town of Corte Madera, effective October 22, 2020, in coordination with the Central Marin Police Authority, the City of Larkspur and the Town of San Anselmo.

ORDER OF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS MANAGER
TOWN OF CORTE MADERA
Effective October 22, 2020
In order to protect public health and safety, and to ensure compliance with the most current Marin County Public Health Order concerning COVID-19, it is hereby ordered that the use of athletic fields at Town Park shall be limited to organizations and persons in possession of a valid use permit issued by the Recreation Division of the Corte Madera Parks and Recreation Department.
Use of these facilities without a Town issued use permit is a violation of Corte Madera Municipal Code Section 9.28.050. Violators are subject to a citation which is punishable as an infraction.

- Covid-19 site-specific protection plan
- Insurance
- Corte Madera Business license
- Deposit
Approved groups/classes are issued a yellow yard sign and added to our approved user schedule shared with Town Staff & Central Marin Police Authority.
Please note that picnic reservations are not accepted for 2020 due to changing guidelines and to accommodate first come, first serve use. No groups of over 20 are permitted to gather in a Town park without a permit and according to current State Guidelines, no more than three families should socialize together.
Currently NOT permitted: amplified sound, outside equipment, furniture, bounce houses, or adult athletic groups. We ask the community to support Town efforts to keep everyone safe and to report observed violations to Central Marin Police Authority.
