NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Corte Madera Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to review and discuss Corte Madera’s existing regulations related to second units and consider potential amendments to Chapter 18.31 (Accessory Dwelling Units or ADUs) of the zoning ordinance. It is expected that the Planning Commission will provide direction to staff in preparation of a zoning ordinance amendment application. Staff is not requesting that formal action be taken at this meeting.
This activity is not subject to CEQA per Section 15061(b)(3), where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question will have a significant effect on the environment.
- All interested persons are welcome to attend and to comment, in person or in writing, at the public meeting. You may also submit written comments prior to the public meeting by contacting the project contact (listed above).
