The National Weather Service has published the following Hazardous Weather Conditions:
A series of storm systems will bring heavy rainfall and burn scar flash flooding to portions of California. A Flash Flood Watch and a Wind Advisory are both in effect from Wednesday, January 16, 3:00 PM PST until Thursday, January 17, 03:00 AM PST.
