The Town of Corte Madera will host two community forums about Ballot Measure F:
- Saturday, March 31st from 10am-12pm
- Wednesday, April 4th from 6pm-8pm
Both forums will take place at the Corte Madera Community Center, located at 498 Tamalpais Drive in Corte Madera.
The forums are being organized to offer the community an opportunity to learn more about Measure F, which asks voters to consider (1) eliminating the special drainage property tax ($98 per residential unit or per 1,000 commercial square feet) AND (2) extending the existing 1/2¢ sales tax at a 3/4¢ rate until ended by voters, and subject to annual audits and a citizens’ oversight committee.
This event is free and open to the public.
