On Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 7:30pm at Corte Madera Town Hall, the Planning Commission will hold a second public meeting to explore potential modifications to lot coverage standards for the R-1 Medium Density Single Family Residential Zone. The Commission will discuss a possible increase in the maximum area of a parcel which may be covered by structures as well as revisions to the definition of lot coverage. The Commission may provide direction to staff to prepare formal zoning ordinance amendments.
