Our program continues to be available because of our joint efforts to keep our campers and staff safe. We strongly recommend for the safety of all participants and staff that families refrain from unnecessary travel. We understand that our childcare is important and essential for many families but we must put the health and safety of everyone as a priority.
Due to the limited spots in our program and strict CDC regulations, we cannot offer a refund after the program has started. If plans change families have until the end of the first day of the session to request a refund. Any request after the deadline will be left to the director's discretion.
What if the program gets exposed?
If we are required to close due to exposure CM Day camp will offer a full refund to all families in the program. If your family is required to quarantine due to exposure outside of camp we will issue a refund for those days. We will NOT be offering it as credit for future sessions. Any other absence from our program that is not correlated to a medical absence will NOT be issued a refund.
Will I get charged for the days needed to quarantine?
We will not charge you for the days your family spends in quarantine, but we ask that you plan accordingly when registering. Please notify the director of any days you plan on not using our program to avoid the refund process in the future.
