Marin Montessori School

Marin Montessori School has purchased the residential parcel to the east of their campus at 5164 Paradise Drive and proposes to expand the existing school grounds to include the new property and minor modifications to the existing residential buildings for classroom use. The project also includes the demolition of the existing one-story dome structures on the east side of the existing campus and construction of a new 2,355 sq. ft. classroom building generally in the same location. The application includes a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Use Permit Amendment and Design Review. The proposal does not include an increase in students or staff.
