Annual Statement of Investment Policy

The Annual Statement of Investment Policy is intended to provide guidelines for the prudent investment of the Town's surplus cash, and outline the policies for maximizing the efficiency of the Town's cash management system. 

Debt Management Policy

The Debt Management Policy is intended to comply with Government Code Section 8855(i), effective on January 1,2017, and shall govem all debt undertaken by the Town. 

Reserve Policy

Capital Improvement Program

A list of construction projects that are needed to maintain and replace critical public infrastructure are found in the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
