Over-the-Counter Review Hours effective 6/20/16:
The Building Official is available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m.
During this time the Building Official is available to answer code questions and review minor residential projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodels over-the-counter.
Please note that the Building Official's counter hours are subject to change depending on staffing.
Please contact the office to determine whether or not your project qualifies for an over-the-counter review. (An example of a residential kitchen or bathroom remodel project that does not qualify for an over-the-counter review would be if the property is located in a Flood Zone)
Inspections must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Please call (415) 927-5062 to schedule an inspection.
Inspections are conducted Monday through Thursday in the mornings from 9 a.m. to Noon and in the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
